Within the next 20 minutes, you will receive an email with information on how to access your new product(s).
Please be patient, as there is sometimes a delay.
If for some reason, you don’t get an email within 20 minutes, here are some things you can do:
- Check your junk/spam
- Go to the Student Dashboard and click on “forgot your password” to receive a reset link.
- If you still DO NOT receive an email after 30 minutes, this most likely means that your payment (while it will appear to have gone through on your bank side) was not captured by our Stripe account. This is the case 99% of the time, and we suggest that you try again with another payment method. If your payment comes through twice, we will gladly refund you.
- If you’ve tried all of these options, and you still don’t get it, please email us at email@example.com.
