I am a new business owner and don't have clients yet - is this right for me?
Effectively selling a VIP Day or Day Rate offer relies heavily on experience, skills, and testimonials that you can show your potential new clients. For this reason, those who are new to business may struggle to get sales right away. But even if you are new to business, if you want to start out with this model, or you’re simply interested in learning a better, more efficient style of working, then you will still learn a lot from this course!
Is this only for designers?
While many of our students are in-fact designers, the lessons taught in this course work for ANY service-based or consulting business. This is a program about systems, sales, client experience, boundaries, efficiency and processes. Through this program, you will learn how to set up your entire VIP Day or Day Rate offer and system, using a variety of software programs, workflows and strategies.
What is your refund policy?
We understand that investing in anything is a risk. That’s why we do offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are truly not satisfied with the quality of program and the content that we teach, please reach out within 14 days to let us know. Will I get 1:1 time with Sarah?

How long will this really take?
The lessons are all fairly short and actionable. Many lessons can be consumed via reading or private podcast, so you don’t need to be in front of a computer for the entire course. Everyone goes at a different pace, but we have put together a 10-week roadmap to guide you through the core content and get your offer created and setup. Some people binge the entire program in a weekend and then slowly implement, while others consume the content and implement one week at a time. The content is yours to keep, so you can come back to it at a later time if the timing is better.
Do I need any software or tools to get started?
You will not need anything for the course other than your computer and an internet connection. However, to implement what you’re going to learn, you should plan to spend around $30-50 per month on software, in order to have a variety of on-boarding and automation tools, to make your Day Rate offer as effective and efficient as possible. The great news is that with the system we teach you, you may be able to eliminate the role of a team member (if you currently have one). Fun-fact, the Day Rate model made it possible for Sarah to eliminate a $500/month Virtual Assistant.
